1. Tap the Settings icon

2. Tap Account

Lets find this together!  I believe they are speaking about an Android phone and I have an Iphone 7+.  I believe if we swipe to the left on our phones we will get to something along those lines.

On my iPhone I opened my app on my phone.  At the bottom it says Account.  I pressed that button then scrolled down to Advanced Settings.  I then turned the Automated button off and then back on.  Not sure if this will work or not.

Hey, @Cocoabean@CathyDougWendy@vjw_65! Thanks for joining in. Heart Like our friend, @Cocoabean said. This differs a little in the Android, and iOS platforms. To do the time change using an iOS device please do this:

  • From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account tab.
  • Under Settings, tap Advanced Settings.
  • Find an option to modify your time zone.
  • Sync your tracker:
  • Go back to the Account tab and tap your tracker name.
  • Tap Sync Now.

Let me know if you have more questions.

My question was reset time on my Fitbit. It does not want to sync to my iPhone or mac. The time on my devices is correct, time on Fitbit incorrect.
Thank you, Marilyn

Hello @merled, I hope you're doing well.

Because your tracker hasn't been able to sync, this is why the time is still incorrect on your tracker. I would like to suggest @HelenaFitbit's excellent tips to resolve any syncing issues and that have been proven very helpful for many members in the Community.

Give them a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink

Hello @fit66, it's great to have you on board, thanks for joining the conversation! Smiley Happy

If your tracker is syncing without inconveniences and the time is still incorrect, please open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab, then on Advance Settings and make sure Time Zone is set to Automatically or on your time zone. After that, sync your tracker, the time should update and reflect the correct one.

I hope this can be helpful, let me know the outcome! Smiley Wink
