Welcome to the Community @Shellsbells. If your tracker is not vibrating, I recommend restarting your Charge HR. After the restart process, set an alarm and test it. If it doesn't buzz, feel free to contact our support team. For a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.
To set an alarm do the following from your iOS Fitbit app:
1. Go to your Fitbit account
2. Tap Account
3. Tap the tracker's icon
4. Tap Silent Alarm
5. Set your Alarm
6. Sync
Let me know the outcome.

@Shellsbells Just 1 tip, you can temporarily change your step goal to a lower number (lets say 1000 steps) so you can easily test if your tracker buzzes when you reach your goal.
Let me know how it goes!

@Shellsbells Hahahah great to know that you are top of things! Did the vibration occur when you reached your goal? Hopefully you are back on track.
Keep me posted!

I have restarted my Charge HR but it still does not vibrate. This has been an issue of mine since I received my Charge HR. It might be a factory defect but I don't think my warranty is still valid.
