I have purchased Fitgit surge Watch on 21st May 2018. I have been using it since then, In less than 4- 5 months , I see Fitbit Surge Strap is pealing off. Please see the picture. I would expect the watch shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year at least. Please find the attached Picture.

Exceptional customer service by Fitbit. Customer support team over the phone was very very helpful !
I really hope my replacement watch will be of good quality. Please do take this as a feedback to fix the Band quality issues. Nice watch and good battery !
It is such a nice watch ! I have recommended this watch to all my friends and more than 5 of them already bought it :-). Customer service is one more reason to like Fitbit !
