Fibit Surge will not start

I have got the app and a new Fibit Surge, but I can't get startet.

Surge just tells me "Let's get startet - Configuration ........" but when I start the app and ask for updating my tracker the app just tells me, that it can't be done because battery is allmost emty even though my tracker has been connectet to my computer for 3 hours by now. What do I do?

Somebody that knows what to do?

It may be that your fitbit is not getting enough power from your computer to charge. You could try using a wall outlet via a charger such as the one used for your phone.
