Fitbit App in French Language

Hi, my FitBit App is in French language, and I wanna change it for english, but I have no idea how, I tried and I could not find on the setting, how can I change the language on the app?

Thanks for your posting! Why don't you change the phone's location & language settings from French/France to English/United States. If it is already as United States, go ahead and change to any other language save the information and then changed it back to US. It might be just a misunderstanding with the servers!

If that doesn't help check your Fitbit App settings:

1. In the Fitbit app, find Advanced Settings and turn off Automatic for locale detection.
2. Choose your country and then sync your tracker.
3. Follow the instructions to update your tracker to use the language you selected.

Followed the steps as described, nothing changed.. Tried so many things... It won't change. This is so frustrating. At least we payed 140 euros and the app isn't working in Dutch, tried English but nope... Won't work

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @Kenneth1209, let me give you a warm welcome to our Community. 

Thanks for trying those steps to find an option to check your account on Dutch. At this moment we don't have that option on the Fitbit App settings, sorry for any inconvenience that it might cause. I would like to encourage you to vote and place your comments in this request that was already suggested here: Make Dutch language available. Members of the Community can place new ideas in this board so they can be implemented in a future update, this is the best way to make your voice heard.
