I just encountered one issue today. When i tried to turn on my Surge Bluetooth Classic, my device will automatically reboot. I tried it for 3 times and it keeps on rebooting the device. I shut down and start again but didn't help to resolve the problem. Anyone facing the same problem here? Help needed! Thanks.

Dear Fitbit support, its heartening to see so many healthy people who chose FITBIT over other wearables , now complaining like me, REGARDING UNABLE TO PAIR THEIR SURGE WITH BLUETOOTH. PERTENANT TO MENTION THAT PHONE (SAMSUNG S6 EDGE & APPLE SE) BLUETOOTH IS FULLY FINE.
Knowing FITBIT.. i am sure they will come out with a solution and not leave so many of us disappointed.
