Hi all,
I recently purchased a Fitbit Surge Wrist Watch but it is just stuck in the configuration screen. I have looked on Fitbit website in setup column and tried other methods suggested by other having a similar problem including several resets on the watch but to no avail.

Mine too and nothing will work. Any help would be appreciated it just keeps saying configuration and let's get started but I can't turn it on or set it up

I had the same trouble when I was trying to stay it up with my Samsung j3 it wouldn't move from the configuration screen and then I tried with my sisters iPhone and it set up straIghtfield away. What sort of phone do you have?

I just received a Fibit Surge as a christmas gift and I'm currently having the same issue. Everything's installed and for some reason it's stuck in configuration mode. Does anyone has a resolution to this issue? Any asssitance would be greatly appreciated.

@SunsetRunner @dreamliner787 @Maggiedel Thanks for joining us! First please make sure that the phone that you are using to setup/update your tracker is a compatible one. After this restart your tracker by doing the following:
1.- Press and hold the Home and Select buttons (left and bottom right) on your Fitbit Surge for 10 to 15 seconds, until you see the screen flash or start to dim.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- After your screen turns completely off, wait 10 seconds and press the Home button to turn your Surge back on.
Next restart your phone's bluetooth or the phone itself and attempt to setup or update your tracker again. If this fails then please try the setup with a different mobile device or better through a computer.
