I have been getting a horrible rash after wearing my Fitbit surge. I wear my surge only when I exercise so only for a max of 2 hours a day. I read all care instructions and make sure to keep the area clean and dry and the rash continues to persist. If I leave the surge on for an entire day. I contacted Fitbit Australia Facebook page over two days ago about the same issue with the same pictures and have not received a reply or any additional information. I don’t know why I spent so much money on a faulty product that causes harm to my body. I cannot use this product for its intended use, cannot count my steps or calories as I cannot keep it on all day. This product feels like a con and i have gotten no assistance or replies to Mubarak’s problem from FITBit Australia.
