Fitbit Surge resets when trying to turn on bluetooth

I guess this is an old issue, but still I'm speaking out, my surge is out of date, time and resets

every time I try to turn back on the bluetooht, I decide to turn it off a few months back to save battery life

but since I notice that it had a delay of 15 minutes with the actual time, I try to sync and then nightmare just  begun.

Any suggestions ?
