Fitbit Surge still showing incorrect time.

Recently, my fitbit decided to jump ahead an hour for some reason. I have looked on the fitbit site to find some kind of solution but nothing is working. I have changed the time zone but for my time zone (Pacific) it is still saying it is a hour ahead. Any thoughts how to get the time right?

Welcome to the Community @bradleydunham84Smiley Very Happy I believe that this could be related to a syncing issue. So, because you already changed your timezone and you are sure that it is the correct one, I will suggest you to perform a restart by following the instructions on @MeylinP post. After that, please review @AlejandraFitbit post to fix syncing issues.
