Fitbit Surge

Last Christmas 2015 my husband, son & daughter bought me the Fitbit Surge. I considered it to be expensive and could not see spending that much money on myself. Well 2 days the band started coming apart. I was afraid i would have to buy a new one. But Mario s @ customer service just helped me with a painless replacement. Wow Great customer Service Fitbit. Fan for life!!!!
