Fitbit clasp broke

Hi!

The clasp on my Fitbit broke. I contacted Fitbit and they told me that I would need to get a whole new Fitbit. I went to a watch repair store and they fixed the clasp, but it doesn't match. Is there any place where I could get a matching replacement part? I would really like to keep my existing surge, since the watch itself actually works fine. Thanks!

Welcome to the forums!

I know of no places that sell parts for any of the Fitbits.

Hope to see you around the forums!

@Tashabobasha Hi Tashabobasha. The only thing I can think of is to go to Amazon, search "Surge band replacement" and buy an aftermarket band. The thing is, the picture shows the band without the clasp but in the Question / answer section people said there is a clasp (and some said there isn't). It's your call. The band costs about $20 US dollars. Good luck!

Thanks! I will look into it. That is a way more reasonable option that replacing the watch!

I actually just replaced my whole band for my surge with the etoper replacement band that came with the band, clasp, tool to remove screws and a screen protector. My surge looks brand new.

Hope it works out for you
