Fitbit software?

Is it just me or are others out there confused as to how Fitbit can remain in business with such crappy software?  Just wondering...

I'm sorry but I'm having no problems. I Love my Fitbits!

I have had 3 Surge watches. EVERY time I get a new one it refuses to talk
to the software. When I go to the help desk it will tell you things you
can try but NO links to take you directly there. I have been on the 'chat'
help desk 3 times each time for LITERALLLY hours at a time and they cannot
fix them (but they did try). As others have stated in the blogs why is
there not a BIG sync button that is very obvious? Why do I need to go to
tools or wherever to find it? Very clunky software. They need to spend
some money and get real programers to update their software. BTW, my $250
Surge still will not sync.
