Fitbit surge all day sync

A few weeks ago my all day sync stopped working. It kept on asking for me to set up Bluetooth pairing and when I tried to it just kept on loading .

@Natewooster welcome to the forums! Try restarting your tracker and then try pairing the Bluetooth again. To restart please do the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the Home and Select buttons (left and bottom right) on your Fitbit Surge for 10 to 15 seconds, until you see the screen flash or start to dim.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. After your screen turns completely off, wait 10 seconds and press the Home button

Then try toggling Off/On the All Day Sync option from your mobile device. Keep me posted with the outcome! Cat Very Happy
