If not I will suggest to give it a try. Also uninstalling and reinstalling your Fitbit app to be sure that it is working properly. Lastly check your Surge firmware update.

Best Answer@AdeNeade If it takes 10-15 minutes to show a fully charged battery icon, your tracker is having some internal issues, and I would suggest to contact support for further assistance.
Just to be clear ,I never meant to insult you, I was answering to your initial question and excuse myself for the misunderstanding. Now with the information provided in your last post I can see that something is not working well in your tracker.
