Fitbit surge doesn't sync

Hi my surge doesn't sync anymore . All the option found on the forums and the Internet I try.
Not one of the options is working ( cable , dongle , reset , computer . iPad , phone among all other options.) The Bluetooth can't find the device.
What to do now?
