Hey there! @LukeWebster, welcome to the Fitbit Forums! I'd suggest to perform a hard reset on your Surge and try it again. Your sleep should be automatically record it every night, but if you're noticing that your sleep looks cut off into two or more parts, it might be because you're waking up at night or going to the bathroom and your Surge is not detecting sleep for those short period of times.

Good morning @LukeWebster, hope you're doing great! That's odd. Would you mind enter manually the information to verify if the tracker is actually picking up your sleep. I think that the Auto recognition for sleep is not working. Either way, you will have to contact Customer Support directly so they can give you the next step in your case. ![]()
