I received the refund master card email but when I register that card online on the link given  it shows an error that when I enter date of birth it shows an error . And they tell to contact customer support . So please help me out in this matter

I’ve been going round in circles 50 minutes on the phone and still no answer to my problem. I’m left with no Fitbit and no refund.I was given an email address to send a message to. When I contacted they they are waste disposal company. All I want is to access my master card please help !!

I think you need to contact to credit card people

 

From past experience the refund doesn't show until the next day
