Fitbit surge update

With the latest update for surge that is recongnizes when you run, is great. However the settings on the watch went away and I also can't start a race because the option to run is gone. Any solutions? Spent a lot of money to switch out watches and I can't even track my races / what my pace is during a race.

 

Need to resolve soon!

Have you tried a restart?

 

As far as I know, Run is supposed to be there all the time so you have diabled via the website or anything that would have applied to all of the other selections. (It's still present on my Surge running the latest software.)

 

Not sure why the price of the Surge is relevant to the question? It probably cost the same as mine and most other peoples did.
