My surge is counting my floors fine, but on my app, and when I log into the dashboard they have disappeared, can somebody tell me how to get them to show again? they were there this morning.  Thanks in advance!

@chipmunkcheeks Welcome to our Community! I have noticed that the app tends to have a delay before showing the updated information as it need to connect to the servers to do this. Since a few days have passed I would like to know if the information shows now for the day or if you are still having issues with your floors not showing on your app?

I look forward to your reply.

I have 2 fitbits, I solved it myself, I don’t like to not wear a fitbit whilst my surge is charging so I still have my old flex, somehow my flex had been changed to primary device, it was my own stupidity. I am sorry I bothered anyone and thanks for replying to me

@chipmunkcheeks Happy to hear that your tracker is working again and don't worry about the device order. When you have two trackers paired to an account you shouldn't lose the stair count from and there isn't a primary or secondary tracker so I guess you just removed the one that had stair count ability (the Surge). Still the good thing is that everything is back to normal and that you are using both trackers again.

I would also like to invite you to visit our Discussions board where other members share great tips and suggestions for an active lifestyle.

Remember that the Community is here to help you so don't think you bothered anyone here. Robot LOL

Hope to see you around!
