On my friends screen (7days steps tab) is this the total number of steps or is it the average over seven days.. I've only had my Fitbit for a week but I'm catching up to people who have had theirs for months.

@Rae1970 Welcome to the forums... It is a cumulative 7 day total and at midnight the 7th day drops off so you start with 6 days again plus today's steps.
