Frozen misty Touchscreen

Sadly my Fitbit touchscreen is frozen...no longer work and the screen is misty white. Almost unreadable. Arrogant!

Welcome to the Community @Sola56. Have you tried restarting your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend following @MeylinP instructions and Restart your Surge. After this put your tracker to charge.

I also have this same problem. Misty screen. Off and on doesn't work.to fix it.

Customer support tried but couldn't help my surge's blank display. I accepted the offered 25% discount on a new one. I like the surge so much I probably would have bought a new one without the discount.
