Sorry. I don't have a clue what this means. If you're asking a question, a little more detail about what you're trying to do would be helpful!

Hi again, my problem is that after an exercise for example a hike for
several hours I can't see the track on the dashboard in my iPhone. The
symbol for buffering is showing but no result on the map.
I hope you understand my problem now, if I could write in Swedish it would
be much easier.
Best regards
Ulla

@ullas Welcome to our Community! Have you tried restarting your phone? Also you could try logging out and back into the app. Also could you share a screenshot of what you see on your phone?

Let me know how it goes!

Logging in and out into the app and restarting the phone doesn't work. Can the length of the exercice have something to do with the problems.

@ullas Thanks for the update! How long was the exercise? Let's dig a little deeper to find solutions here! Also remember that if your tracker's GPS signal is being blocked, either because you're underground, near many tall buildings, or as a result of atmospheric effects then GPS will not work. Thus, whereas GPS gives you a more accurate measure of distance than step counting alone, the actual accuracy depends on both your environment and the weather.

A screenshot would result extremely helpful just like @AlvaroFitbit requested. I'll be looking forward to your new comments! Cat Very Happy

Hi
The exercice took place up in the mountains. The pictures shows:
No 1: This's what my IPhone 6 shows
No 2: This's the result from the hike
No 3: This's what I want to see in my phone and I can see it in my computer
but
why can't see it in my IPhone?
Can the length of the hike more than six hours have something to do with
the problem?
Best regards
Ulla

The app on my iPhone does the same thing. I've found that if I double click the home button, swipe the Fitbit screen up ( closing the app ), then click the home screen and reopen the app, my data will finally appear. You might try that. ( I've had one other app that had a similar problem, and it's kind of a pain to have to do every time. ) Hopefully Fitbit's developers will solve the issue soon.
