Help please!!

My Fitbit surge just randomly turned off, like completely, it has nothing on the screen and won't respond to any button pushing. Please if somebody has a solution, please help.

Welcome to the forums!

 

I would contact support because it doesn't even sound like you can do a restart

But try before contacting them

Do it at least 3 times.

I've already tried them they walked me through restarting and I tried that multiple times. Arrrgg. O well, I really liked my surge but it doesn't seem like I'm gonna figure out what's wrong ever so I'm gonna buy another Fitbit I guess.

How long have you had your Surge?

I've had it since Christmas 2015, I haven't had a single problem so far. I'm lucky it actually is turned on now, I have no idea how but the screen has an image, it keeps flashing like every second but I'm happy it's back on.

I'm super bummed, the power is back on but now it's flashing on and off every second. I just can't figure out what the he'll happened to this thing
