How do I sync the surge--there is no sync button on the website

No sync button on dashboard.  How do I sync this?

You can't sync fitbits from the web dashboard as it would be a security risk if it were able to run a program on the computer from a website.

 

Instead, there are 2 options for syncing with a computer.

 

If you are running windows 10 then you can download the fitbit app from the windows store and this will enable you to sync the surge.

 

If you are not running windows 10 then you'll need to download and install the fitbit connect software from www.fitbit.com/setup . You will also need the wireless dongle that came with the Surge. Once this is installed you will be able to sync via that.

 

You can also sync via the fitbit app on a mobile phone if yours is on the list of compatible devices at www.fitbit.com/devices
