I have a "Surge" (A572A02858)...
"Action" button is not working... It seems to locked down.
All functions but this are working fine.
What I have being doing is wait until battery is down and then training is finished...
Then, after recharging I can synch.
I live in Brazil. There is a way to fix it without sending to US?
As an alternative, there is any promotion or advantage when replacing by a brand new Ionic?

But if you contact support they usually offer a discount on another model
