I'm not getting calls or text coming through on my surge and my notifications are turned on

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @Draco0230 @crystal3479! If you're having difficulties while getting call and text notifications in your Fitbit Surge, I recommend checking out if your mobile devices are listed in the Supported devices list. These troubleshoot articles for Android devices and iOs devices may also help with this problem. However, you can also try going to your Surge settings by pressing the home button, swipe until you find "Settings" and deactivate Bluetooth Classic and Notifications. After that just turn your Surge off and on.

Hello there @Draco0230! I'm glad to know your Surge is syncing fine now, un-pair and re-pair your tracker is a really good way to refresh all your information. I also want to encourage you to take a look at our Discussions board, there you'll find a lot of friends to share with.
