Mine suddenly stopped this morning as well. Reset everything, disabled then re-enabled notifications, nothing.

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @Draco0230 @crystal3479! If you're having difficulties while getting call and text notifications in your Fitbit Surge, I recommend checking out if your mobile devices are listed in the Supported devices list. These troubleshoot articles for Android devices and iOs devices may also help with this problem. However, you can also try going to your Surge settings by pressing the home button, swipe until you find "Settings" and deactivate Bluetooth Classic and Notifications. After that just turn your Surge off and on.

I hope this helps. Let me know the outcome.

Thank you, resetting the surge didn't help, but unpairing it from inside the fitbit app and then reinstalling it worked! Crystal, I hope it works for you as well.

How did you unpair in the app?

Go to your device list, open that device and there's a trashcan in the upper right corner. You'll loose any data since your last synch, so do that first. Then add a device like when you first set it up. There might be another option, but I know this worked.

Hello there @Draco0230! I'm glad to know your Surge is syncing fine now, un-pair and re-pair your tracker is a really good way to refresh all your information. I also want to encourage you to take a look at our Discussions board, there you'll find a lot of friends to share with.
