My Fitbit Surge has been working great and suddenly it will not pair with my bluetooth. My phone does not always find my Surge to pair with bluetooth. When it does I receive a message, "Pairing rejected by Surge."
There is nothing I do which works. I have gone to settings > Bluetooth Classic > On or Pair and nothing works!
Can you help!?

@Mishana & @Valeal welcome to the forums guys! Well, that's pretty odd. Have you guys tried a restart already? If not, then please do the following:
After that, please restart your mobile devices and try once again. Keep me posted with the outcome!

I find references to this problem all over the internet yet None of the answers sugested solve the problem.
Where is Fitbit's customer support. I'm pretty sure it is non-existent.

@Helpless2 welcome to the forums. It's nice having you around. Have you tried restarting your Surge by doing the following:
Then I recommend trying to pair your tracker. Please let me know how it goes!
