It's great to see you participating in our Community, welcome to the Forums @Ricsac84! That's odd you're getting so many issues after updating your iOS to the latest update. Thanks for the details of the steps you tried already. Please try the following steps to see if it help to solve syncing and clock issues:

  1. Restart your tracker once or twice and turn off your phone too.
  2. Open Fitbit App and tap on Account > Surge > Delete Surge.
  3. Open Bluetooth on your phone and "forget your Surge" from there.
  4. Reboot Bluetooth and make sure "Surge" or "Surge (classic)" is not there
  5. Force quite the App (pressing down home button and swiping away Fitbit)
  6. Open Fitbit App again and tap on Account > Set up a device to reconnect them (in order to bond it again for call and text  notifications access to notifications and enable them)

When your Surge keeps trying to connect with your  phone with no luck takes more energy than it should, so if we make it connect properly will stop draining battery. If for some reason the issues with the battery remains please take a look of this tips on how to improve your Surge's battery life. Also remember clean your charger and Surge contacts with a toothbrush once in while. Smiley Very Happy

Please keep me posted on the resolution! Woman Wink
