Since the update on the 8/3/17 my fit bit app will not sync with my surge. It is displaying the wrong time. On the dashboard it is showing low battery and will not link up with fit bit. I have tried to delete the app, shutdown my fit bit. Since deleting app i am unable to set my fit bit back up. Please help anybody having the same issues iphone 7

Hi there @Jemmy! I'm glad to see you here in the Forums! It's great to have new members in our big family. Sorry for the inconvenience with your Surge, I haven't heard about syncing issues after updating but I really appreciate the feedback, so I can keep an eye on related cases in the future.
You did a great job with those steps! Take a look of the syncing requirements to make sure your phone has all it needs to connect properly. Also I'd suggest, checking that your phone Bluetooth is not showing your Surge as paired device, if it keeps paired via Bluetooth; try the option forget device. Then check if you're iPhone is up to date. Try the restart on your Surge a couple of time and leave it on the charger while you try again the option "Set up a device", that you will find under Account in the Fitbit App.
If not connecting after doing so, please try to pair it with any other device, phone or computer using the Fitbit Connect program via Wireless Dongle. If the problem was the update, your Surge should be connecting just fine with any other device. That's why we need to verify the steps you're trying!
Hope this helps, please keep me posted!
