Red light on surge

Hi my husband has had his fitbit surge for 3 months there is a red light that has appeared on the right hand side of his watch and it will not go away I have done the rest and synced it like it said and it's still red do I take it back where I got it from or how do I get it back to fitbit for a replacement... help please

Hi @debbie10. I have found a post here about that issue but it seems you have already tried the recommendation to restart then manually sync it without success. In that case it's best to try exchange it at your place of purchase. Otherwise contact Fitbit Support.
