Does anyone know the best preset timer setting to log a resistance band work out on
Eg: workout, weights, circuit training
Looking for the easiest option, this is all so new to me.
Thanks

I would think weights would be the closest estimate... give it a try and see if the calories seem reasonable!

Thanks, I'll give it a try
I did test that out earlier in the week and was saddened by how little calories it racks up as compared to an actual resistance band session about a quarter/third less. I thought it would be more accurate as I have the heart rate checker

Are you sure that original estimate was accurate? A lot of calculators seem to include calories burned as part of BMR in with the calories burned for the exercise, which AFAIK Fitbit does not in the amount burned by the exercise itself.
