You need to be more specific what isn't working.
Have you set it up? Have you paired the Surge and phone using Bluetooth (Classic)? Is the Bluetoot (Classic) turned on on the Surge? What music app are you using? Have you double-pressed the :Home: button (the side with the single button) to bring up the controls?
FWIW - it works perfectly on my Samsung Galaxy S6.
