Hi

I've had my Surge for less under a week and has scratch down the middle of the screen, I've checked and it's supposedly scratch resistant. I don't know how it got there. Should i take it back? What rights do I have?

Welcome to the Community @Scott1892. I'm sorry to hear about your damaged Fitbit Surge. The Surge's screen is covered by Gorilla Glass 3 which is very resistant. Please be so kind to contact Customer Support. They will be happy to provide assistance as soon as possible.
