I was provided a new replacement for my original Surge - BUT ALTHOUGH fully charged I've had no luck confirguring the device. All directions I've found seem to be for a new unit. Since I have an account, computer tries to sync, but only thing showing on the Surge is Let's get started. On computer I cannot find any screen for set-up.

Did you delete your old Surge from your account first?

I succeeded in setting up the Surge. My problem is the replacement does not work. It displays time and settings BUT NO OTHER SCREENS. The touch swipe function does not work.
