I am light sleeping for 9-10 hours a night to get 4 hours of real sleep, in this normal? How about everyone else out there? I think I am sleeping but the surge said nope! I know I need a lot more "sleep" but can not seem to get deep sleep

There is lots of general advice out there to help you improve your sleep quality. Start by making sure your bedroom is completely dark and quiet, and do not look at any electronic devices (phone, tablet etc) for at least an hour before going to bed. Also avoid alcohol and caffeine after 6pm. The quality of your sleep will vary throughout the night, but if you are still tired when you wake up, perhaps your doctor could help.
