A warm welcome to the Forums @Sweetejart. If your sleep is not being recorded, I recommend restarting your Surge by following @MeylinP's instructions to avoid this to happen again. In the meantime, keep in mind that you can manually log your sleep by doing the following from your iOS Fitbit app:
1. Tap the "+" icon
2. Tap Log Sleep
3. Tap Add Sleep Log
4. Enter your information
5. Tap Save

Sorry about the log in error you're getting, try to the same on a computer if you have the option and if you get the same error, please contact Customer Support so they can determine what happened with your account. ![]()
Now, about your Fitbit Surge, the restart should do the trick! If for some reason it doesn't, ask our support team to check this for you too. ![]()
