My FitBit steps do not match my treadmill steps, off by 1,000 steps!!!

Welcome to the forums!

 

Your steps will never match what the treadmill says. Technology is different for one thing and your stride is different on the treadmill than outside.

 

Also if holding on to the bars it will not count steps as well
