Steps not counting on my Surge

My steps won't count?? I'm doing a lot of walking around but it's just not counting? Any ideas plzzz?? Thank you x

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Hi there @Soph88! Nice to see you around! I should agree with @WendyB, performing a restart should help your little buddy to start counting steps again. When was the last time that your Surge synced? And the last time that it got steps? Smiley Frustrated
