Steps not showing up in workplace challenge

I'm participating in a month long challenge. At first it was noting my steps, now it's showing 0 steps and I average 16k. It shows I synced to the app but it doesn't update in the challenge. Help!

Welcome to the Community @Sdubberben! Have you checked if your tracker is correctly syncing? To check if your tracker is syncing in your iOS app, go to account and tap on the picture of your tracker. Under the name of your tracker you can see the last time it synced. 

 

If it hasn't synced currently, please check this post about the Syncing Troubleshoot for iOS Devices

 

After confirming that your tracker is syncing, you can check your steps on your workplace challenge. If they haven't updated please get in touch with your Corporate representative for extra help.

Hi there @Sdubberben let me give you a warm welcome to our community too. I found my friend @LucyAP replied to your post, but for some reason the reply was posted separately, perhaps a glitch on our Community.
