All of a sudden my surge is saying I am in Los Angeles. I have rebooted a couple of times and it will not change back to my Sydney time. I have not travelled I just went to check the time and it was a different Timezone.
Any suggestions?

On the dashboard click on the gear and go to settings. Scroll down to time zone and change it. It must sync before it takes place.

Best AnswerI have tried that numerous times. The app goes automatically to Sydney, but when the surge syncs it changes the app back back to
LA. 😣

Hello beautiful, @BarbMNSW! Thanks for the updates and for letting us know what worked for you.
So let me see if I understood you correctly. You were changing in your settings but not syncing your device after? ![]()
When you make any change on your Fitbit account it is important to sync for the changes to save in your device as well.
A warm welcome to out new friend, @stevefocus!
Have you tried to change it back to the correct one by following these instructions? It is better if you do it using a computer, if it is not working with the App.
Please let us know what have you tried so we can further assist you. :}
Best AnswerYeah I've fixed it now, when I changed time zones on the app it reverted to LA time zone had to change it on my PC. Thanks.
