All of a sudden my surge is saying I am in Los Angeles. I have rebooted a couple of times and it will not change back to my Sydney time. I have not travelled I just went to check the time and it was a different Timezone.
Any suggestions?

On the dashboard click on the gear and go to settings. Scroll down to time zone and change it. It must sync before it takes place.

I have tried that numerous times. The app goes automatically to Sydney, but when the surge syncs it changes the app back back to
LA. 😣

Hello beautiful, @BarbMNSW! Thanks for the updates and for letting us know what worked for you.
So let me see if I understood you correctly. You were changing in your settings but not syncing your device after? ![]()
When you make any change on your Fitbit account it is important to sync for the changes to save in your device as well.
A warm welcome to out new friend, @stevefocus!
Have you tried to change it back to the correct one by following these instructions? It is better if you do it using a computer, if it is not working with the App.
Please let us know what have you tried so we can further assist you. :}
