Surge Not syncing steps after run

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Today I walked 5 miles and the surge was registering about 18,569 steps when I completed the 5 miles. When I went to sync with the app it was like I didn't even do the walk at all. The walk was tracked with the fitbit and gps. I've logged out of the app on both my phone and ipad and reset both.  I've have photos but i am unable to attach for some reason.

Hope you are doing great and enjoying some healthy activities @KellyRamey. Thanks for taking a break from stepping! Smiley Happy

Sorry about your missing data, I know that you worked really hard to get those miles. Cat Sad It's seem to be that your Surge had a really bad time connecting the information, but it is not that usual that it deletes GPS data from the memory that fast.

If you already reset your Surge, then I'd suggest to check the instructions on how to gather GPS data and try it again. Sorry you couldn't upload the pictures here you will find some tips on how to do it in case you need to check them.

Hope you can get back on track really soon! Heart

Thank you for the reply. I did also restarting the surge along with the app

But was you can see from the pictures. It did not register my steps from the walk. It did track it. Like I stated before when o finished this 5 miles I had well over 18,500 steps but they disappeared when I tried sync. It is syncing fine. But I'm curious how steps just disappeared from the tracker.
