Surge Screen Still Blank After Reset

I've had my surge for a little under a month now. It's been working perfectly fine until literally twenty minutes ago. The screen is blank. The blue back light is still showing up and the sensor on the back is still operative. I had tried resetting this three times and the screen is still blank (with operative back light.)

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @ItsAlliegator! I'd try charging your Fitbit Surge for at least 30 minutes. While the tracker is still charging, try restarting it. If the issue persists, please be sure to reach out to our Support Team. I know that they're always happy to listen to your experience and provide different options for you, if needed!

I hope this helps. Let me know the outcome.

I tried everything and nothing worked, so I just ended up taking it back to Best Buy and replacing it. Thank you for your help, though!

The support team has not helped me with this issue.  Other than restarting my Surge, they had no suggestions.

Having the same issue. Vibrating and can see the heart rate monitor is still working - just no screen. Msgd Fitbit via Facebook but they didn't really help. What's the next step?

@Haych17 Welcome to our Community! Have you tried restarting your Surge? If you haven't then please try these steps:

1.- Press and hold the Home and Select buttons (left and bottom right) on your Fitbit Surge for 10 to 15 seconds, until you see the screen flash or start to dim.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- After your screen turns completely off, wait 10 seconds and press the Home button to turn your Surge back on.

If the screen doesn't work after this you can contact Support via email, chat or phone (depending on the country you are located you will see the phone option). This way they should be able to help you correct this issue.
