Surge Strap Damage

My surge strap has become damaged near the underneath connections screws also on the strap holes. After a couple of email Fitbit customer services are sending me a replacement as I'm still in warranty. This was no problem at all.

i has the same trouble 2 weeks ago they sent me a replacement. make sure you check it really good. the so called new one was used and the front of the band was coming apart and the reader was cracked. they were not so nice and happy when i called them back. it was hard to get the one they sent replaced.
