After many suggestions from this community, chats with tech support, twitter exchanges to FitBit Support, I have come to this screenshot after many attempts to connect my iPhone 6, closing Fitbit App, restarting app and phone, this screen shot is all i can get and NO bluetooth connection! very frustrated and dissapointed with my Surge!!! :(((( Ready to switch to iWatch or Microsoft Band. Surge not durable enough for heavy users. ok for casual i am sure. I have kept dry, clean and nothing but problems.

@JackLBarrett Welcome to our Community! You mentioned that you restarted the app and the phone but did you restarted your tracker? If you haven't then please try the following:

1.- Press and hold the Home and Select buttons (left and bottom right) on your Fitbit Surge for 10 to 15 seconds, until you see the screen flash or start to dim.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- After your screen turns completely off, wait 10 seconds and press the Home button to turn your Surge back on.

If the issue persist then please contact Support again.

Let me know how it goes!
