Hi my strap on the surge as cracker near the screws, Anyone had a similar problem? I've tried contacting Fitbit but I've had no reply 😞

They will get back to you. Just give them time.
On the contact page it should tell you the time it will take as well.

Sorry about what happened with your band, if you're having issues contacting support, you can try a different way, you have: Chat, Email and Phone option. If you already have a case open, send an email with your case, they usually take around 48 to respond. If you prefer to speak with a Fitbit representative, you can call too. Please wait for their response, as @WendyB mentioned they will get back to you. Patience is a virtue and we're here to help.

I've had the same issue for about 6 weeks with the crack around the screws. I decided to call today, answered a few questions about this issue. They sent me an email with a couple of options. 1. A replacement surge or 2. a discount on another product.
They were very friendly and great to work with.

Yes, I did and called them promptly called them for guidance. The researched my purchases thru their online website and immediately without question

" Patience is a virtue and we're here to help. " Are you kidding me ! This Surge Fitbit band problems has been going on for AGES and still no redisign. Only pretty colorful new bands for other FitBit products. I'm on my third and last Surge. When this one breaks, and it will - will replace with Garmin or TomTom
