Hi @jk_waks! Hope you're having a great day! I'm sorry for the late reach out, but I'm here to help. Smiley Wink

As my good friend @WendyB suggested, you can try changing the Dominant hand settings of your Surge. The Dominant hand settings determine the sensitivity of your Surge when you move your arm, making "Non-Dominant" the most sensitive and "Dominant" the less sensitive. So, in this case, you can change the setting to "Dominant", and keep using your tracker in your non-dominant arm. This will ensure that your tracker doen't count too many steps while you're just moving your hands, but keep in mind that it can still track a few, because the Surge bases itself on the movement of your arm while you walk, for tracking steps.

Give it a shot and let me know if that works! Robot Very Happy

Yes. Try switching your setting from Dominant to Non Dominant. Works better for many

I wear my tracker on the non dominant hand only. Hence that setting is already activated! What do I do next ?
