Yesterday my Surge went on and of a view times, and than the clock was not on time.
Today he did not start at all, all that i got is the sign of Fitbit, i restart it a couple of times, loaded the battery
But nothing helps, is he dead??????

Now, about your inquiry in regards to your Surge not responding, it is must likely because something went wrong in the software if your Fitbit. Please connect it in the charger and leave it there while you restart your Surge and try one more time to connect it using these steps.
